Planning and Consulting
We carry out consultancy and design pre-milled and molded bottoms always aimed at satisfying customer needs with strictly customized products.
In the molding sector we are very active in research and development of new materials and new molding techniques, trying to continuously create cutting-edge products.
Pre-milled
We create pre-milled soles in Leather, Rubber, Eva, Micro and other materials entirely within our factory (automatic and die cutting, milling, marking, carding, pantographing, welt application, heel application, sanding and finishing)
Molding
We produce TPU, TR, TR Light, PVC molding soles and heels (single-colour, two-colour, double-sensity).
We are specialized in the injection of leather and hide and in molding with loaded inserts
(bands, welts, cables and inserts of various materials both natural and synthetic)
Finishing
We carry out the finishing phases both for the pre-milled section and for the molding section
(sanding, dyeing, glazing, painting with templates, brushing, polishing)
